The two heads of state of the neighbouring countries, Central African President Faustin Achange Tuadra and Zanzibar's Hassan Ali Mwini, accompanied by the First Lady, and from Kigali , Belgium, European Union, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Egypt, Bangladesh, Oman, Qatar, Niger, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Zimbabwe, Cuba, China and Kenya, joined the celebration.
